The platform is free. You are paying for the people behind it.
@Human is open source, so you can download it, run it on your own servers and never send us a euro. What these plans buy is a response when something breaks at four in the afternoon, and the paperwork that makes an audit shorter.
Pay what you can
CommunityFor individuals, researchers and open source teams who are happy to run it themselves and ask questions in the forum.
- The whole platform, nothing held back
- Event logging and audit export
- Any LLM you like, Mistral included
- Community support
Advanced support
Named response timesPopularFor teams with agents already running in production, where a quiet failure costs more than the support does.
- Everything in Pay what you can
- Priority support with a response SLA
- EU AI Act and ISO 42001 templates
- Help with upgrades and version moves
Enterprise support
High risk systemsFor regulated organisations carrying Annex III systems, where someone has to sign their name against the outcome.
- Everything in Advanced support
- A named engineer who knows your setup
- Deployment review, self-hosted or EU cloud
- Custom SLA and an escalation path
All prices exclude VAT. Monthly plans can be stopped at the end of any month.
In every plan, including the free one
There is no feature gate. A team paying one euro a month runs the same software as a bank paying six thousand.
- Unlimited users, agents and automations
- Every module: incidents, features, privacy, tasks, reviews
- Full activity log, including REST API calls
- Risk classification against the EU AI Act
- Self-hosted, or hosted in an EU region
- Bring any LLM, or several at once
- Versioned namespaces per project
- Guardrails and alerting at runtime
- Audit export whenever you want it
What actually changes between plans
The software does not change. The support does.

Three routes, depending on how your procurement works
Some buyers need an invoice from us. Others can only spend through a framework they already have. Both are fine.
Straight from Planet Crust
We invoice you, you pay monthly or annually. Quickest route if you have budget sitting with the team that wants the software.
Through your existing cloud spend
If your organisation already commits spend to a cloud provider, buying through their marketplace often draws down that commitment instead of opening a new supplier. Ask us which listings are live before you plan around it.
French public bodies via UGAP
UGAP holds a central purchasing framework, so French public sector buyers can procure without running a tender of their own. Talk to us first and we will confirm the current listing status.
The questions we get asked
Is the free version crippled?
No. It is the same software. You get every module, unlimited agents and the full audit log. What you do not get is someone contractually obliged to answer you.
Why is there such a gap between one euro and two thousand?
Because they are two different things. The low end is people running it themselves and helping each other. The paid plans are our time, held in reserve for you, which costs the same whether you call us or not.
Do you charge per user, per agent or per AI system?
None of those. Add a hundred users and a dozen agents and the price does not move. You are paying for support, so the only thing that changes it is how much support you want.
Can I start free and move up later?
Yes, and most people should. Run it yourself, get something into production, then buy support once a failure would actually hurt. Moving up does not mean migrating anything.
What if we need something none of these cover?
Implementation work, custom integrations and training are quoted separately. Write to us with what you are trying to do and we will scope it properly rather than guess at a number.
Does paying for a plan make us compliant?
No, and be careful of anyone who says otherwise. @Human gives you the records, the classification and the evidence trail. Certification and conformity assessment are still yours to complete, with your own auditor.
Bring us a system and we will tell you what it needs
Twenty minutes with one of your AI systems. We will show you how it gets classified, what it would log, and honestly whether you need a paid plan yet.
No obligation. No sales deck.
